Responsibilities

As Head Gardener Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating a team on garden creation projects.
• Planning and organising work on sites while respecting deadlines and quality standards.
• Actively participating in the execution of tasks: small masonry in concrete or natural stone, paving, planting, turf laying, etc.
• Ensuring the safety and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

• A Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a horticulturist-landscaper, mason, or confirmed experience in the field.
• Proven experience in team management and garden creation.
• Excellent knowledge of landscaping techniques.
• A strong sense of organisation and responsibility.
• A valid driving licence (category B, ideally BE).
• Good ability to write daily reports.
