The Psycho-Educational Reception Unit (UAP) is advertising for its social life sector

the following position:

Mission:

Under the responsibility of the UAP manager, the head educator ensures the smooth running of the unit's socio-professional sector.

They guarantee the quality of reception, support, and follow-up of patients, coordinate multidisciplinary teams in collaboration with the head nurse, and contribute to the development of institutional projects promoting autonomy, inclusion, and patient recovery.

They are also responsible for monitoring the unit's quality mandate.

Your profile:

• Recognised diploma as a social educator ES, HES, or an equivalent qualification.
• Recognised training in frontline management.
• Additional training in psychiatry is an asset.
• Proven experience and solid knowledge of the activities and functioning of a social or psychiatric institution.
• Demonstrated skills in educational support as well as in the social and professional reintegration of patients.
• Excellent team leadership, organisation, planning, and priority management skills.
• Ability to coordinate, mobilise, and support a team of collaborators.
• Capacity to manage complex situations and make appropriate decisions.

Workplace: Psycho-Educational Reception Unit, Porrentruy.

Start date: 1st September 2026 or to be agreed
