Your daily tasks:

Lead, organise and supervise the entire culinary production of the restaurant

Manage and train the kitchen team (planning, recruitment, evaluations)

Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards according to Swiss legislation

Develop menus, cards and suggestions taking into account seasonality and gastronomic trends

Manage orders, stocks, cost control and supplier relations

Participate in the continuous improvement of the culinary offer and customer satisfaction
