We are looking for? :
HEAD CHEF
Le Raisin remains above all a family endeavour where kindness and respect prevail. The establishment (approx. 70 covers) will employ about ten staff members.
As Head Chef, you will be in direct contact with management and lead a team of experienced professionals. Your mission will be to propose, in line with our DNA and in collaboration with the manager of the establishment, a refined and authentic culinary offer, respecting the products and cooking methods, with a gastronomic vocation.
Your duties:
- Designing menus changing every 4-6 weeks with management;
- Regular and rigorous production of dishes;
- Operational supervision of the kitchen team, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and hygiene standards;
- Managing supplies (quality, quantity, stock rotation and ingredients) and optimising costs while maintaining high preparation quality;
- Compliance with labour legislation.

Your profile:
You know how to organise, structure and energise kitchen operations by instilling a culture focused on quality and rigour.
You have a solid initial training in cooking and your career as well as the establishments you have worked with have already allowed you to assume the role of Head Chef or Sous Chef. Confirmed experience in a starred restaurant (or equivalent in terms of demands) is a plus.
You control your costs and are comfortable with common IT tools, as well as HACCP monitoring systems.
You radiate and maintain a positive and constructive working atmosphere around you.
You have a particular interest in 100% homemade transformation of products, from field or animal to plate, with an interest in better understanding what makes a product quality and respecting it.
Start date: 15 October 2026 (opening of the establishment on 3 November 2026)
