Kitchen Head ChefPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and lead our kitchen. This role is ideal for a culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is to contribute to both excellence and student. Head Chef will oversee all food production, ensure the highest culinary standards, and play an active role in supporting the practical training of hospitality.ResponsibilitiesKitchen and manage all kitchen across multiple outlets, including student dining, banqueting, and special events.Ensure consistent quality, and service standards.Develop seasonal menus adapted to an student body.Oversee food production for daily and large-scale events.Plan and execute for internal and external events, including VIP functions and ceremonies.Team LeadershipSupervise, train, and kitchen staff.Foster a positive, professional, and working environment.Support team coaching and performance management.Student Engagement & TrainingSupport the practical training of students within kitchen as a mentor by professional culinary techniques and with academic teams activities with learning objectives.Food Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with HACCP standards and food safety high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety.Monitor stock storage, and labeling procedures.Cost Control & ProcurementManage food costs in line with budget targets.Oversee inventory, purchasing, and supplier waste reduction and sustainable practices.Profile & experience as a Head Chef or as Sous Chef, ideally within hospitality industry or high-volume.Culinary diploma professional training.Strong knowledge of cuisine.Experience in large-scale and banqueting.Solid understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.Strong leadership and skills.Experience in training or mentoring is an advantage.Fluent in English.We OfferA unique working environment within a leading hospitality school.Opportunity to contribute to the development of future industry professionals.Dynamic, workplace. jid392767daen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
