Leading a brigade of about ten, you will create and showcase high-end cuisine with technical requirements. You will highlight fresh and regional products through seasonal homemade menus inspired by gastronomic standards, blending tradition and modernity with a refined spirit. Your culinary approach combines pleasure and elegance while being tailored to the specific nutritional needs of an EMS audience, without compromising on taste. A true conductor, you will manage production, optimize costs, structure, and ensure impeccable hygiene standards. You will develop culinary moments during events that strengthen the gastronomic identity of the establishment and its sought-after image.Holding a recognized qualification in cuisine, you have a solid background in luxury hospitality or gastronomy.
