Lausanne regionFor one of our clients, a recognized structure in the functional field, we are looking for an:Occupational Therapist specialized in hand therapyYour missions- Take charge of patients suffering from pathologies of the hand, wrist, and upper limb (post-surgical, musculoskeletal disorders, neurological).- Carry out complete functional assessments and propose personalized treatment plans.- Design and adapt custom and dynamic orthoses.- Implement rehabilitation programs aimed at restoring mobility, strength, sensitivity, and overall hand function.- Collaborate closely with doctors, hand surgeons, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.- Ensure precise and documented follow-up of patient progress.Profile- Occupational therapy diploma (HES or equivalent) or confirmed experience in hand therapy (continuing education, internships, in a practice or hospital setting).- Mastery of thermoformed orthosis techniques.- Excellent clinical analysis skills, sense of observation, and precision in movements.- Ease of communication, sense of rigor, and ability to work in a team.We offer- A modern professional framework and varied activity with a diversified patient base.- Attractive conditions and an environment conducive to skills development.Interested?Please send us your complete application file (CV, work certificates, diplomas, availability). jid3354782aen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
