We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join the Governance team of one of our clients. You will create and adapt visual content across print and digital channels, including campaigns, product communications, websites, social media, newsletters and advertising.

The role combines hands-on graphic design and production with the opportunity to contribute your own creative ideas and gradually take on greater responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt graphic materials across print and digital channels.
• Produce assets for websites, social media, newsletters and display advertising.
• Prepare print materials, including layouts, artwork and prepress files.
• Turn briefs and brand guidelines into consistent, production-ready designs.
• Support the development and execution of creative concepts.
• Ensure quality, accuracy and visual consistency.
• Manage priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Your profile

• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• knowledge of print production and prepress processes.
• Experience creating content for digital channels.
• Ability to translate briefs into effective visual solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Collaborative, curious and interested in new tools and visual trends.
• Native-level Italian and good English. Resident in Ticino or willing to relocate

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Figma, After Effects and/or Premiere Pro.
• Video editing or motion graphics skills.

Contract duration

• Immediate start until December 2027
