General Housekeeper (M/F) Supervise, organize, and coordinate all floor service (rooms, public areas, laundry, and offices) to ensure a level of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort compliant with the establishment's standards. Mentor and support the housekeeping teams (floor housekeepers, room attendants, laundry staff, and team members) by organizing work schedules, distributing tasks, and ensuring the proper execution of activities. Regularly assess the quality of cleanliness and the setup of rooms, suites, and common areas to guarantee impeccable conditions and a high level of service for clients. Ensure hygiene procedures, safety standards, and compliance with the establishment’s policies, while raising team awareness of professional best practices. Manage and monitor the inventory of linens, cleaning products, welcome items, and consumables to ensure their availability and optimize service costs. Organize and supervise linen management in conjunction with the laundry department to ensure a constant supply and proper handling of linen; support and evaluate team members to develop their skills and maintain a high level of quality in service. Respond to specific client requests and manage issues related to cleanliness or floor service by providing quick and appropriate solutions. Coordinate actions with various services within the establishment (reception, maintenance, laundry) to ensure smooth operations and consistent service quality.
