Job description:
Drive the execution of global launch pricing strategies for a key pipeline asset within the dermatology/immunology portfolio.
Coordinate with external pricing vendors to finalize tiered pricing guidance and incorporate leadership feedback into strategic recommendations.
Support the global rollout of pricing guidance to local affiliates, enabling launch planning and market readiness activities.
Monitor international pricing policies, reimbursement landscapes, and competitive market developments that may impact launch strategy.
Collaborate closely with Market Access, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), Global Commercial, Medical, and local market teams on launch-related initiatives.
Provide pricing insights and strategic updates in cross-functional governance meetings, launch forums, and franchise discussions.
Co-lead cross-functional launch planning and scheduling workstreams to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Conduct and support international reference pricing analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
Engage with external consultants and vendors to deliver pricing and reimbursement projects effectively.

Requirements:
Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry is essential.
Strong preference for direct experience in international pricing, market access, pricing strategy, and/or reimbursement.
Understanding of global pharmaceutical launch processes and market access dynamics.
Experience collaborating with country affiliates and regional stakeholders is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global matrix organizations.
Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
