## The Successful Applicant ##
* **Education:** Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
* **Experience:** Over 6 years + of experience in a regional or Global HR role within a global environment.
* **Skills:** Strong problem-solving, people management, and change management skills.
* **Language:** Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* **Business Acumen:** Ability to understand and align HR strategies with business objectives.
* **Communication:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
