We are looking for a Global CMO Clinical Packaging Site Manager (m/f/d) in Kaiseraugst
Key Responsibilities- Manage outsourced clinical drug labeling, packaging, and device assembly activities across a global CMO network.
- Lead CMO onboarding, project execution, timeline management, and supplier performance monitoring.
- Drive RFPs, SOWs, vendor selection, and contract negotiations in collaboration with Procurement.
- Own project budgets, cost tracking, purchase orders, and invoice approvals.
- Manage operational orders and master data in SAP/ERP systems.
- Build strong supplier relationships and ensure reliable capacity, quality, and delivery performance.
- Represent the CMO function in cross-functional planning and supply chain governance processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements and support strategic supply chain initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain, manufacturing, or contract manufacturing management.
- Strong background in clinical supply chain, clinical manufacturing, or CMO management.
- Solid GMP knowledge and experience.
- Hands-on SAP or ERP system expertise.
- Excellent English communication skills; German is an advantage.
- Proven project management and stakeholder management experience in a global environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- APICS, SCOR, or similar supply chain certifications.
- PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence training
