Teoxane has a total freedom , action and which makes the company the frame growth of our business, we are looking for a:Global Brand ManagerMain activities:Brand Performance and Planning- Develop and execute a comprehensive global, science based, brand positioning, value proposition and messaging with target audiences across markets.- Monitor industry and consumer trends, competitor product lines and activities, consumption trends, and develop in-depth market expertise.- Recommend market studies to understand the behavior of our different B2B and B2C targets to identity market opportunities and trends.- Analyze internal sales performance and market (panels/ad hoc studies) to identify business the monitoring of activities and marketing plans across multiple markets, acting as a global point of contact to identify best practices and align with the overall with regional and local marketing teams market specificities, needs and ensure alignment and effective of global the alignment and the good execution of the Brand Process to maintain consistency across markets.- Monitor brand performance the product portfolio lifecycle.- Provide for continuous improvement bases on driven insights.Marketing Campaigns- and implement the annual marketing plan to drive brand awareness and achieve revenue objectives and increase market share for the range of injectable products.- Propose and develop assets to promote products to our B2B and B2C , and develop promotional supporting marketing campaigns.- Oversee the roll out of marketing campaigns and measure the , adapt, and ( , brochures, print and images).- Establish with Key Opinion leaders and involve them marketing and drive ad boards with KOLs to marketing concept, clinical approach and injection closely with medical department to ensure an alignment between marketing and medical closely with various departments (medical affairs, clinical, sales, purchasing) and and monitor the budget to your projects.Profile:- University degree in Marketing, Business or a field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the medical devices or pharmaceutical sector.- Interest in the Beauty sector and scientific medical brands, with a good understanding of premium a professional mindset and agility to work in a fast-paced interpersonal skills, adaptability and resilience.- Results-oriented with a “can-do” command of English, both spoken and written, French is a plus but not to travel ( % of time). jid5843b23aen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
