What you can contribute
- participate in processing incoming mail (physical and electronic) by sorting, scanning and recording it in the electronic business management system (GEVER)
- train management units and staff in document management and advise them in this area (recording in the filing system, document search, creation of business operations, etc.)
- provide level 1 support and advice to staff on all matters concerning GEVER
- plan and model processes (configuration), analyse how business processes can be improved and ensure process documentation
What makes you unique
- Commercial employee or documentary information officer with a federal certificate of competence (CFC) - experience in IT training
- strong customer service orientation and team spirit
- good command of Microsoft Office and strong interest in new technologies
- ideally, knowledge of GEVER with Acta Nova software
- good active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third
