Specialized Case ManagerJob DescriptionThe General Directorate of Education (DGEP) is responsible for education between the end of compulsory schooling and higher education. It offers training within 16 high schools and 13 vocational schools and brings together more than [number redacted] employees. To strengthen the Office of Vocational and Continuing Education (OFPC), we are looking for a Specialized Case Manager.Responsibilities- Organize all procedures related to the professional field.- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual provisions - inform partners of the activity related to adult vocational training (art. 32).- Manage the federal database BDEFA - grant access and support users - participate in the development or improvement of management tools and methods.- Support apprenticeship supervision - participate in vocational training promotion events.For further information, you can consult the job description here.Profile- Commercial employee diploma or title deemed relevant to vocational training (courses for trainers in companies, modules for the Federal Diploma of Specialist in Vocational Training or adult trainer or title deemed equivalent useful for the activity).- Driver's license and vehicle.- Previous professional experience in a similar field of 5 years.- Knowledge of vocational training and related legal provisions.Who are we?The General Directorate of Education (DGEP) ensures education between the end of compulsory schooling and higher education, namely vocational training and high school education.
