Whether you come from the recruitment field or are undergoing a professional transition after a successful experience in another sector, we prioritize your personality, your sense of organization, and your desire to learn.Missions- Process and manage client files in accordance with our internal procedures and quality standards.- Verify, analyze, and validate documents and receipts.- Communicate with our clients and partners to clarify certain points or obtain missing documents.- Ensure the updating and tracking of data in our internal systems.- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth and efficient file processing.- Participate in the continuous improvement of our processes and tools.Profile- Commercial training (CFC commercial employee or equivalent) or relevant professional experience.- A first experience in file management is an asset. Profiles in professional transition are welcome. Have you developed skills in administration, management, or customer service in sectors such as hospitality, tourism, insurance, retail, or any other service-oriented field?
