You pay special attention to the quality of your interactions with the residents and actively contribute to the establishment and monitoring of individualized life projects, while ensuring respect for the choices and needs of each resident. You provide basic care and the required technical acts as part of a team. Are you a qualified nurse and have the recognition of the Swiss Red Cross? You have acquired solid experience in care and now wish to apply your skills in a human-sized structure focused on the well-being of the elderly? You have at least two years of experience in care, ideally within an EMS X. You are calm, able to manage emergencies with professionalism, and place human connection at the heart of your practice. You enjoy working as part of a team, possess excellent qualities, and are able to adapt flexibly to the needs of the situation. Knowledge of software such as SADIES or SIEMS X is an added bonus.
