General Services Coordinator

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure the coordination of general services activities and the monitoring of service providers (cleaning, outdoor areas, snow removal, waste).
  • Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and quality of spaces (production, offices, common areas, outdoor areas).
  • Be the internal point of contact for requests related to the proper functioning of the sites.
  • Actively participate in operational field tasks (maintenance, organisation, cleaning, monitoring).
  • Manage orders and equipment (PPE, work clothes, materials) in coordination with HR.
  • Serve as a reference within a team of 3 people, ensuring organisation and quality of services.

Required profile:

  • Federal VET Diploma as an operations agent or equivalent training (technical or services field).
  • Experience in a general services or concierge environment.
  • Good IT skills (common tools).
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable in the field, with a practical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Good communicator, attentive to others and able to collaborate with different stakeholders.
  • Autonomous, versatile, and responsive to unforeseen events.
  • Service-minded, rigorous, and quality-conscious.
