As our team grows, we are looking for our versatile operator (all genders) 100%Your missionIntegrated into our production lines, you will ensure the monitoring of the assembly of Microsystems components in accordance with current technical standards. You will actively contribute to the quality of our products and consequently to the satisfaction of our customers.Your responsibilities- Perform fine and meticulous assembly work, with and without tweezers- Ensure various types of measurements and quality controls- Perform the assembly of medical components, also in a cleanroom- Perform bonding work with various techniques- Pair components with very high-precision adjustments via specific software- Perform tests on products (including final tests) in accordance with guidelines and procedures- Record test results on product forms- Approve and release products that meet criteria- Identify non-compliant products and inform managersYour profile- Confirmed experience in microtechnical or watchmaking assembly strongly desired- Great manual dexterity and ability to work under a binocular microscope- Ability to follow and understand detailed work procedures in French- Proficiency in basic office software (Excel, Word); knowledge of SAP is an asset- Precision, rigor, proactivity, and ability to work autonomously, flexible, ease of integration- You wish to evolve in an environment where versatility is necessary- French necessary, German an assetWhat we offer youWe offer you a demanding technological environment, where diversity of tasks and industrial precision punctuate daily life.
