General CounselWe are looking for a General Counsel to join an investment management firm. Swiss Bar Admission is a must have, together with German and English language capabilities.About the role:- Serve as the primary legal advisor to senior management and the Board on all legal matters- Mentor and manage a team of legal professionals, fostering a high-performance culture- Oversee legal aspects of investment activities, including fund structuring, transactions, and compliance- Ensure adherence to Swiss and financial regulations- Manage external counsel and legal service providers efficiently- Support strategic initiatives, including new product launches and cross-border expansion- Identify and mitigate legal risks across the organizationRequirements:- Admitted to the Bar in both German and English- Experience in investment management, asset management, or financial services- Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing teams- Strong knowledge of Swiss financial market and legal frameworks- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Strategic thinker with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach jidf57ee48aen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
