As an independent general agent, you will take charge of the general agency in Yverdon-les-Bains as well as the sites in Morges, Echallens, Estavayer-le-Lac, Lucens, Orbe and Payerne. Together with your team, you are responsible for the complete follow-up and targeted development of our business with private and commercial clients. We are looking for a person with natural leadership and who demonstrates great exemplary behaviour. You master the art of communication, have an innate ability to manage teams and possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Your responsibilities

• Implementation and achievement of strategic and corporate objectives
• Development and implementation of the market development strategy
• Management and development of employees as well as recruitment of staff
• Conducting regular feedback interviews and implementing appropriate measures
• Representing Zurich in the region as well as developing and maintaining your own network
• Durably implementing our sales philosophy and achieving objectives that meet our expectations

Your qualifications

• Several years of experience in the successful operational management of a team in sales or in company management
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience in sales and client follow-up as well as in acquiring new clients in the insurance or financial services sector
• Very strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
• University degree, professional diploma followed by advanced specialised training or continuing education for managers/leadership
