For our Geneva agency, we are looking for a:
GE - Technical Property Manager
Your responsibilities:
Supported by your deputy, you ensure the optimal technical maintenance and enhancement of the buildings/objects under management, in the interest of the owners and for the comfort of the tenants. To do this, you carry out the following tasks:
- Ensure good communication with your deputy, the distribution of workload, quality of work and respect of deadlines,
- Carry out preliminary, entry and exit condition reports, and pass on the information relating to these reports to the assistants for the preparation of work orders,
- Be the contact person for the concierges, establish their specifications and the technical reports of the buildings,
- Follow up tenant relations for technical problems and written complaints,
- Carry out routine maintenance work and monitor invoicing,
- Manage claims and maintenance contracts,
- Prepare building budgets,
- Carry out renovation work for apartments and buildings,
- Ensure compliance of the properties according to changes in legislation.
Your profile:
- You can demonstrate successful experience in a Swiss property management company of at least 5 years and have a good knowledge of building technology or maintenance,
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) or a commercial baccalaureate or training in building technology and have completed additional training in real estate (Immobase / Immotechnique),
- You know how to manage the follow-up of works and claims,
- With an excellent presentation, you are organised and enjoy contact with clients and companies,
- You are comfortable with IT tools (Word, Excel) and have already worked with the Quorum software,
- You speak French perfectly and have a good knowledge of English,
- You show initiative and demonstrate very good organisation.
