Join today a welcoming, human, and dedicated team!For our headquarters in Geneva, we are looking for a:GA - Technical Assistant in Real EstateYour missionsYou assist an experienced technical manager by ensuring the technical maintenance and management of buildings in the interest of the owners and for the comfort of tenants. You conduct inspections of the premises, handle entry and exit processes, and manage the related documentation for work orders. You coordinate with technicians for technical issues and written communications. You are the contact person for our tenants and property owners, solving technical issues in the building portfolio. You manage incoming telephone calls and emails. You ensure the issuance of work orders, requests for quotes, and follow up on their execution. You prepare exit reports following exit inspections. You ensure the processing of work carried out at the owners' expense and follow up on reimbursements. You manage claims (monitoring and recovery). You ensure the processing of invoices and the handling of labels. You manage schedules, particularly for the technical manager, overseeing inspections and annual visits of concierges and buildings. You establish correspondence and manage telephone contacts with concierges, insurance companies, project managers, and property owners. You prepare entry and exit reports and ensure the follow-up of files. You perform various tasks as requested.You have a first similar experience in a Swiss property management company. You have a good knowledge of building technology. Ideally, you hold a qualification in the real estate field (type Immobase/Immotechnique). You demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a sense of teamwork. You are proactive while demonstrating good stress resistance. You have a very good sense of customer contact and service. You have a good command of French, both oral and written.
