For our headquarters in Geneva, we are looking for an: IT Support and Cybersecurity Intern Your mission: Support and Service Desk (about 50% of the time) - Handle support requests (incidents, service requests) - Install, configure, and troubleshoot client stations and printers - Document procedures and contribute to the knowledge base Systems and Security (about 50% of the time) - Participate in the management and supervision of Windows servers - Contribute to infrastructure and cybersecurity projects - Participate in the implementation and monitoring of security policies (access management, hardening of workstations, event monitoring) - Support the IT team in managing virtualized environments Our technological environment: - Client stations and virtualized servers via Nutanix - Cisco IP telephony - HYCUS backup - Microsoft 365 Suite and Teams - Active Directory / Windows Server environment - Intelligent threat detection via AI - Endpoint protection via EDR - Pentesting for vulnerabilities Your profile: - Currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in engineering school or equivalent. An internship agreement is necessary. - Systems & networks or cybersecurity background is a plus. - Good knowledge of cybersecurity: access management, log analysis, security best practices. - Knowledge of Windows Server (Active Directory, GPO, DNS/DHCP appreciated). - Comfortable with support and customer contact — the service desk is not a barrier for you. - Solution-oriented, curious, and proactive. - Rigorous, methodical, with a sense of priorities. - Discreet and respectful of confidentiality and professional ethics.What we offer: - An internship within a rich and structured technical environment. - A gradual increase in skills on enterprise technologies (Nutanix, M365) and numerous cybersecurity solutions. - Supervision by an experienced IT team. - Activity rate: 100%. - Start date: As soon as possible or to be agreed upon. - Duration of the internship: Minimum 6 months.
