GC Foreman / Team Leader at 100%

Your mission

As site manager, you play a key role in the completion of our projects and the supervision of our teams.

Your main responsibilities:

• Organise, coordinate and supervise construction work on sports grounds.
• Manage and motivate one to two site teams (3 to 6 employees).
• Plan interventions and ensure the smooth running of the work.
• Ensure administrative and IT follow-up of the sites.
• Prepare work reports and monitor project progress.
• Guarantee the quality of the work, respect deadlines and safety standards.

Your profile

✅ Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a landscaper or equivalent training.

✅ Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field.

✅ Experience in team leadership or strong leadership potential.

✅ Autonomous, organised and solution-oriented person.

✅ Team spirit, sense of responsibility and pride in a job well done.

✅ Category BE driving licence essential.
