The Les Castors Foundation works towards optimal inclusion of people with disabilities within society. Our mission is to support these individuals with a tailored individual educational project, in an enabling environment. Thanks to its establishments, more than 280 people are welcomed each day, at their place of residence and/or workplace. We can rely on multidisciplinary teams providing quality support, guided by fundamental values such as humanism, kindness, tolerance, and respect.
Today, the Foundation wishes to modernise its processes and improve its institutional communication, which is why it is advertising a new position:
Fundraising & Institutional Communication Manager at 60% on a Fixed-Term Contract
Your Responsibilities
- In partnership with the extended management, create and develop strategic directions for fundraising and institutional communication;
- Actively participate in the strategic development of the Foundation;
Fundraising
- Identify opportunities for public, private, and institutional funding;
- Develop a network of donors, companies, and partner foundations;
- Design presentation and fundraising dossiers;
- Increase the proportion of self-financing for investments;
Communication
- Highlight our audience and projects, support the development of the inclusion principle and institutional achievements;
- Deploy coherent and meaningful communication;
- Participate in organising events and awareness-raising actions;
Your Profile & Skills
You hold a higher education degree in communication and/or marketing, a CAS in fundraising or an equivalent qualification;
You have several years of professional experience in the field of institutional communication and/or fundraising;
You possess strong writing skills and a perfect command of new digital communication tools;
You have developed a strong sensitivity for social work in general and the world of disability in particular;
