Fundraising & Institutional Communication Manager at 60% (Fixed-term contract)Les Castors works towards the optimal inclusion of people with disabilities in society. We can count on multidisciplinary teams ensuring quality support, guided by fundamental values such as humanism, benevolence, tolerance, and respect.Today, the organization wishes to modernize its processes and improve its institutional communication, which is why it is opening a new position for:Fundraising & Institutional Communication Manager at 60% (Fixed-term contract)Your missions- In collaboration with the extended management, create and develop the strategies for fundraising and institutional communication;- Participate actively in the development of the fundraising strategy;- Identify public, private, and institutional funding opportunities;- Develop a network of companies and partners;- Design sponsorship and fundraising dossiers;- Increase the self-financing share of the organization by highlighting our public and our projects, supporting the development of the principle of inclusion and institutional relations;- Deploy a coherent and meaningful communication strategy;- Participate in the organization of events and promotional actions.Profile & your skills- You hold a higher education degree in communication and/or marketing, a CAS in fundraising, or an equivalent title;- You have a few years of professional experience in the field of institutional communication and/or fundraising;- You have great writing skills and perfect mastery of new digital communication tools;- You have a great sensitivity for social work in general and the world of disability in particular.We offer you- An evolving professional project, linked to a general mission that gives meaning to daily activity as well as the possibility to play an active role in the development of the institution and its establishments;- Flexible and advantageous working conditions defined according to the collective labor agreement in force;- A start date during the autumn, with Porrentruy as the main place of work and possibilities for teleworking. jidca0efa6aen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
