Funds and Corporate Development ManagerLa Théodora was created around a mission: to offer moments of laughter and escape to children hospitalized or with disabilities. To achieve this, we finance and organize every week visits from professional artists, called Dream Doctors, in hospitals and specialized institutions. To strengthen our team in Lonay (VD), we are recruiting a person starting in August (or earlier depending on discussion) for the position of Funds and Corporate Development Manager. Your main tasks:Acquisition and development of new corporate partners through targeted campaigns, networking, and prospecting with partners.Acquisition and coordination of solidarity actions with various companies.Designing relevant fundraising materials, filing external appointment reports (prospecting, check handovers, visits during external events).Active contribution to internal projects and marketing campaigns, including digital ones.Rigorous and reliable management of contact and company databases.Your profile:Experience in sales, business development, or marketing.Team spirit, excellent communication skills, persuasive power, and the ability to establish trust.Strong experience in management and client development.Analytical and strategic mindset, ease with data to optimize fundraising.Interest in varied missions, sharp sense of organization, and ability to master French orally and in writing, good knowledge of English; German is an asset for public speaking.Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented work method.Knowledge of digital marketing is an asset, good proficiency in MS Office, comfortable with CRM tools.Driving license B.We offer:A stimulating and diverse activity within a dedicated team.A 40-hour workweek.5 weeks of annual vacation.Excellent social benefits and competitive working conditions.A start date in August (or earlier depending on discussion).Have we sparked your interest?
