Fund Manager / US EquitiesContextAs part of the development of BSR Black Swan Resilience SA, the company is recruiting a Fund Manager for US equities capable of structuring and managing innovative strategies based on proprietary research tools. The candidate will play a crucial role in the management of protected portfolios and key innovations.Development of Innovative Strategies- Design and structure US equity strategies.- Adapt these strategies to internal tools.- Build protected portfolios integrating dynamic hedging through options or futures.- Develop active sub-portfolios (up to 20% of the total portfolio).Asset Management- Manage institutional portfolios according to regulatory constraints (LPCC / FINMA).- Perform financial analyses, execute orders, and monitor portfolios via Bloomberg.- Participate in the construction of the structural portfolio (~100 securities).- Produce reports and analyses for the Investment Committee (IC) and Management.- Participate in the definition of money management rules and selection of active securities.Governance / Investment Committee- Actively participate in IC meetings.- Present analyses, arguments, and adjustment proposals.- Write or contribute to notes, decisions, and minutes related to compliance and reporting.- Ensure compliance with internal and external rules (FINMA, LPCC).- Collaborate with Risk & Compliance on the oversight of optionalities.- Produce clear and sought-after institutional reports.Qualifications- Master’s degree in finance, economics, econometrics, or applied fields.- CFA or CIIA highly desired.- Expertise in derivatives / structured products: highly sought after.Experience- Minimum of 5 years in asset management, overlay, derivatives, or expertise in hedging strategies and equity derivatives.- Thorough mastery of Bloomberg (PORT, OMON, OVME, DER).- Solid knowledge of key management and techniques.- Advanced understanding of buffer/floor/defined outcome.- Mastery of options, futures, and overlays.- Skills in risk budgeting, money management, and position sizing.- Ability to leverage proprietary signals.Skills- Rigor, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.- Analytical mind, capacity for compliance and risk management.- Clear and structured communication.- Team spirit.Conditions- Position: Fund Manager – Innovative Strategies- Type: Permanent – Senior Executive- Work rate: 100%- Location: Geneva jid80b831faen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
