CPPJ seeks to strengthen its team by hiring a Full-time Joint Commission Manager. Missions: Send out year-end questionnaires: salary control. Establish the calculation of professional contributions and early retirement. Manage the website. Monitor continuing requests: verify reimbursement requests and proceed with reimbursements to companies. Assist the joint secretary in working group meetings and announce the hiring of new workers. Set up a monitoring system for companies in the sector. Initiate appropriate procedures and follow up on them. Manage the CPPJ cash fund. Manage and oversee the joint unit for workers over 50 years old. Profile: Commercial employee diploma. 5 years of experience. Very good writing skills and perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written. Rigorous and analytical mindset. Team spirit and autonomy. Mastery of common tools. Knowledge of Geneva’s social services. Understanding of labor law. Knowledge of collective labor agreements is desirable. Start date: As soon as possible.
