Your mission: Data entry of accounting items, management of supplier and debtor invoices, maintenance of internal accounting spreadsheets until the monthly closing, announcement and follow-up of claims with insurance companies, follow-up of personnel files, management of work time records, updating of databases, archiving and filing of documents, welcoming clients (in person and by phone), execution of various routine tasks. Your profile: CFC of commercial employee or equivalent, at least 3 years of experience in HR and accounting, mastery of common tools (Windows, Microsoft Office), autonomy, sense of responsibility, and rigor, team spirit and good communication skills. Proficiency in French (C2 oral and written), proficiency in English (C1), personable, conscientious, and organized personality.
