## About the role ##

Our client, a legal department of an NGO in Geneva, is looking for a part-time student to help the team during the migration phase of their contracting system.

You will be joining a dynamic small team to support them in the analysis and migration of their different contracts. You will be trained on their tools and will collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure a smooth process and better operational efficiency !

## Work tasks ##

* Import and migrate existing contracts into a new database system
* Review, verify, and complete required metadata for data quality
* Identify and extract key contractual clauses and provisions
* Link amendments and modifications to master contracts for traceability
* Organise and classify legal documents, both electronic and physical
* Prepare and manage various legal forms
* Perform quality reviews of agreements for consistency and accuracy

## We are looking for ##

* You are currently studying in legal, business administration or any related field
* You own a first (even short) experience in legal or administration
* You are fluent in English (C1) and French (a plus)
* You have good computer skills, specifically with the Office Suite
* You are available at 50% for the next 5 months
