The EVERNESS spirit is a clever mix whose key words are surprising, relaxed and emotional.We are looking for a:Shift Leader - Front OfficeYour responsibilities:- Customer Welcome & Experience: Ensure the comfort and well-being of each guest by offering a warm welcome, active listening, and personalized solutions. Pay attention to details to make each stay a unique experience.- Fluidity of Operations: Collaborate closely with all departments (restaurant, wellness, housekeeping, technical service...) to guarantee a fluid and coherent experience. Facilitate the communication of information to anticipate guest needs.- Customer Loyalty Management: Strengthen customer loyalty by ensuring continuous service quality and working to improve the establishment's quality score. Manage complaints and make appropriate decisions.- Team Spirit: Instill a spirit of cohesion and motivation in your team by valuing their role in the customer experience. Train and support new members to maintain a high level of service.
