Reception ManagerAxepta SA is looking for one of its top clients, a renowned institution, for an experienced Reception Manager to lead a demanding reception service within a reception environment.Your responsibilities- Manage, support, and develop a team of 3 to 4 people.- Oversee all Front Office, Back Office, and reception activities.- Ensure impeccable reception quality for a demanding clientele.- Ensure daily communication between management and teams.- Implement efficient processes and ensure compliance with internal procedures.- Organize task distribution and optimize service operations.- Actively participate in operations when the situation requires it.- Foster a structured, professional, and service-oriented work environment.Profile- Proven experience of at least 7 to 10 years in a reception service role.- Experience in team management within a reception department.- Background ideally acquired in an institutional or high-end environment.- Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level).- Proficiency in other languages is a real advantage.- Excellent organizational skills and a keen sense of priorities.- Leadership and ability to unite and support teams.- Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of service.- Residence located near the site (maximum travel time of approximately 30 minutes). jidde2de1caen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
