Its objective is twofold: to strengthen employability and to support integration into the job market. Are you holder of FSEA 1 adult teaching certification? Do you have at least 2 years of experience in teaching among the following: French, and/or office automation? Have you previously led collective classes for young adults and/or adults? Do you apply andragogical methods and are you recognized for your ability to adapt to each individual's level? DEMARCHE is looking for its DFC - Démarche Conseil entity, for French / Office automation, permanent contract, 60%. Your missions: In this position, your mission consists of training groups of young adults and adults, including migrant or senior audiences, within the framework of various integration measures. The goal is to enhance skills in French (FLE), office automation (Office suite) in order to prepare beneficiaries to enter the professional world, develop autonomy in essential tools for job searches, and encourage socio-professional integration. Thus, you customize content to individual levels and differentiated objectives, lead collective and individual sessions, and ensure regular follow-up with integration counselors.
