## Job Description ##

EMEA Recruitment is proud to assist a fast-paced, industry-leading organization in its search for an FP&A Analyst as it continues to grow.

As an FP&A Analyst, you'll join a growing team and have varied responsibilities in a dynamic environment. 

**Responsibilities of the FP&A Analyst:**

* Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts in collaboration with Finance Business Partners and Project Control
* Analyze and understand variances between actuals and forecasts
* Full P&L consolidation
* Generate monthly and quarterly management reports and dashboards
* Assist with the preparation of advisory board reports
* Maintain financial models and tools to support scenario planning
* Contribute to standardization initiatives, special projects, and ad-hoc analyses
* Ensure data consistency and quality across planning models, financial systems, and reporting tools
* Contribute to strategic financial areas, such as working capital optimization, cashflow analysis, and capital allocation

**Candidate Profile:**

* Minimum 3-4 years of experience in FP&A roles
* Experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting
* Must have experience in P&L consolidation
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
* Familiarity with SAP and ERP systems
