To strengthen the Food/Non-Food/Beverages Purchasing team at the headquarters in Chavannes-Renens, we are looking for a candidate to start as soon as possible for the position of
Food/Non-Food/Beverages Purchasing Assistant
Your responsibilities:
- You support the sector buyers in their administrative tasks.
- You manage the product portfolio database (creating items, updating data and entering promotions).
- You liaise with our suppliers and stores regarding questions related to your product categories.
Your profile:
- Holding a commercial apprenticeship certificate (CFC) or equivalent training, you have significant administrative experience in food purchasing or a similar field.
- You have a sufficient level of German (B2) to enable easy communication by phone and email with your suppliers and our markets.
- You have a strong affinity for numbers and are proficient with common IT tools.
- Meticulous, organised and proactive, you demonstrate versatility and great autonomy.
- Dynamic and possessing strong stress management skills, you show flexibility and an excellent ability to adapt.
