It provides services to its members in the fields of professional development, labor law, collective agreements, occupational health and safety, wages, and security. In the context of a replacement for the General Services department of FER Geneva, we are looking for a key position where rigor and client service combine with the mission: Your mission will consist of managing the room services by enhancing complementary services (Cercle du Rhône, cafeteria, Spark and audiovisual needs…) and ensuring the quality of activities. Main activities: Taking requests for rooms related (or not) to client requests, including receiving the client's request, drafting the offers from FER Geneva, handling the requests for Cercle du Rhône alongside those of the rooms (requests for coffee breaks, lunches, cocktails, and sending proposals to clients in the management tool and updating client contacts). Managing supplier invoices related to the service and setting up on the day of the event and welcoming the client. Project follow-up of a new room system X. Your profile: You hold a vocational diploma in business administration or an equivalent qualification. You have previous experience in a similar position or in the hospitality industry. You are fluent in French both orally and in writing. You have good knowledge of English. You are a Swiss national or hold a valid permit. Your skills: You have excellent organizational skills, are proactive, and possess a good commercial sense along with strong client relationships. You have a lot of interpersonal skills. You have a great capacity to adapt and are able to deal with unforeseen circumstances. You are available and flexible according to events. You demonstrate discretion. You have a good team spirit.
