The Royal Hotel**** is part of the Manotel hotel group which has 6 establishments located in the heart of Geneva. This neoclassical hotel has 202 rooms and suites, a banquet and meeting area, and 5 seminar rooms that can accommodate up to 350 people. Three gourmet addresses complete its offering: Le Bogie's Bar, Le Bistro, and l'Aparté, which has been awarded 18 out of 20 in Gault & Millau and a star in the guide. To complete our Housekeeping team, we are looking for our future: Floor Supervisor.Mission:- Participate in the daily work of chambermaids and porters- Control the rooms according to standards- Follow up on maintenance requests and ensure upkeep in collaboration with the technical service- Monitor and manage the various stocks related to the service- Assist clients based on their requestsProfile:- Recognized training from a hotel school (mandatory)- Experience (minimum of 2 years) in a similar position within a high-standard hotel (4/5 stars)- Excellent command of French and English- Good proficiency with tools (Opera and control, autonomy)- Dynamic and willing individual- Versatile and flexibleWe offer you a stimulating position and the possibility to actively contribute to the success of the establishment.
