A Michelin 1-star restaurant has reached out to us to find their future: Restaurant Manager / Head Sommelier (M/F) MISSION DESCRIPTION As a Restaurant Manager – Head of Dining Room / Sommelier, you will work closely with the management of the establishment, the Chef de Cuisine, and the Maitre d'Hôtel, leading a team of approximately 7 experienced professionals. Your mission is to provide a refined and personalized service experience, perfectly aligned with the expectations of a starred establishment.Your responsibilities include: - Managing the dining room and ensuring the smooth operation of services - Managing and enhancing the skills of the team - Overseeing a wine cellar of about 800 references, with the support of a sommelier - Playing a central role in client relations and developing a privileged relationship with clients - Ensuring close communication between the dining room and the kitchen to guarantee fluidity, consistency, and service excellence - Being actively involved in human resource management and the transfer of standards in the elegant and attentive service You ensure to provide a warm and personalized welcome, getting to know the specific habits and preferences of the clients. You know how to surprise them with renewed propositions, precise advice, and a constant awareness of their needs, with the primary objective of their complete satisfaction.
