Ittigen, Switzerland (remote work possible) | Position: Head of the Fishing Section What you can contribute: Lead the section at the personnel and financial level. Monitor and develop Swiss policy on fishing and the protection of environments and species, and on the development of federal fishing law. Lead an action plan for fish and develop measures of the Swiss Biodiversity action plan. Represent the organization in commissions for fishing (border lakes and rivers). Ensure collaboration and coordination with stakeholders active in these areas.What makes you the ideal candidate: You have superior knowledge in the field of environmental protection or in environments and species, as well as excellent theoretical knowledge about fishing. Proven experience in team leadership and management, as well as in managing working groups and complex projects. Good knowledge of implementation in Switzerland and of concrete implementation by cantonal authorities, as well as a strong interest in political issues.
