We are looking for our Financial Systems Analyst.MissionWithin the entity in charge of management control, you act as a true functional expert to improve the efficiency, reliability, relevance, and compliance of financial systems, as well as data and financial information necessary for maintaining analytical accounting, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, notably:- the Passenger Transport Act (LTV),- the ordinance on accounting and the presentation of accounts for regional passenger transport (OITRV),- the Mobility and Public Transport Act (LMTP), which complements federal law,- the Subsidies Act (LSubv) and its regulation (RLSubv).Your tasks will be to:- Manage the analytical model: define, understand, and maintain the logic of allocation, distribution, and keys implemented in the tools to produce analytical accounting, ensure that these logics remain consistent and apply the principles of causality, full costs, and neutrality between subsidized sectors;- Understand and control the numerous financial and operational data flows necessary for the proper functioning of analytical accounting, through manual and automated interfaces carried out by other company functions;- Lead the analytical conversion of financial accounts: carry out monthly, quarterly, and annual closing steps, with the support of Business Management Control; support the planning and analysis domain (in Management Control) for the analytical version of the forecast, ensure that at the end of each period, analytical accounting is equal to financial accounting;- Exchange with IT and Finance services to understand their needs and be able to propose to management how to correctly implement them in the analytical model;- Ensure the compliance of the analytical model with legal and regulatory requirements (LTV, OITRV, LMTP, etc.) and with the requirements of sponsors (canton, municipalities);- Ensure the role of key user for one or more of the systems used by Management Control: SAP FI, CM, CO, PS, IM, IFA, Timesheet (rights management, acceptance tests, etc.);- Improve performance: lead optimization and development actions for processes and financial systems, guarantee Finance representation in system change projects.Your profileYou hold a Master's degree in finance, economics, data science, or equivalent. You master the principles and processes of analytical accounting, ideally in the public transport sector or in a regulated and subsidized environment.You have solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO (R/3 or S/4HANA) and interfaces with operational and planning systems (ideally Hastus and Ineo).You benefit from confirmed experience in data analysis and are comfortable in complex environments composed of interconnected systems and data flows. You know how to document complex processes, simplify technical concepts, and formulate relevant recommendations to support decision-making.You justify similar experience within a public, semi-public entity, or a structure subject to regulatory requirements in terms of analytical accounting.
