To complete our teams following the departure of one of our members, we are looking for a: Financial Manager (M/F) at 100%. Your role: Reporting to management, you are the guarantor of financial, accounting, and tax reliability of our entities. You lead financial management and ensure the production of figures. You work closely with Management, the Editorial Department, and Department Heads, providing them with key analyses and financial documents to inform their decisions as well as those of the Board.Responsibilities: 1. Performance monitoring, Reporting and analyzing financial reports and presenting monthly and quarterly financial reports to Management. 2. Developing annual budgets and modeling business scenarios. 3. Preparing key financial materials (business plans) intended for governance bodies (Board, General Assembly). 4. Managing relations with external auditors and supervising annual closings. 5. Providing reporting tools to company executives to enable them to best manage their departments. Treasury and Financial Management: - Oversee the group's treasury: monitoring cash forecasts and liquidity. - Manage bank relationships, financing, and outstanding amounts. - Supervise the supplier cycle and execution of payments to creditors. Legal, Fiscal, and Risk Management: - Supervise and validate tax compliance. - Manage legal financial obligations. - Collaborate with management to update the global risk mapping: you are responsible for identifying and managing strictly financial and tax-related risks. - Validate financial commitments related to major projects and quotes. Management and Transversality: - Guide and develop the finance/accounting team on a daily basis (team management processes). - Ensure financial tracking and specific audit of cross-departmental projects and funding, in cooperation with project leaders. Requirements: - Proven experience of at least 10 years in a financial management role within an SME, ideally in media, telecoms, or technology services, and an understanding of digital business models (subscriptions, advertising); - Proven and successful experience of at least 5 years in managing teams; - Bachelor’s degree in business economics/finance/accounting (HEG, HES, university) or equivalent; - Professional qualification as a chartered accountant in finance and controlling; - Mastery of Swiss accounting standards; - Excellent ability to develop business plans and manage cash; - Proficiency in French, very good knowledge of German, and understanding of English; - Personal attributes: Analytical mindset, rigor, and a sense of teamwork. - Excellent ability to produce reliable data and to simplify it to facilitate decision-making for Management and Governance. - Ability to communicate with all functions while maintaining strict confidentiality inherent to the media sector.
