Management ControllerJob DescriptionThe Socio-Professional Integration Division (PINS), within the Directorate of Integration and Solidarity (DIRIS) of the Directorate General for Social Cohesion (DGCS), is responsible for developing and managing the cantonal socio-professional integration system for vulnerable populations through social integration measures (MIS), integration programs, and productive activities (AVP). To strengthen its capabilities, the PINS is looking for a Management Controller.Responsibilities- Ensure activities related to the financing of DIRIS partners, specifically with social integration measure (MIS) organizations, integration programs, and productive activities.- Perform financial analysis of the partner institutions of the Division.- Develop, implement, and operate management control tools and monitor the financial activities of the Division.- Contribute to objectives and support the activities of the Division.- Respond to internal and external inquiries, collect and format data.For more information, please consult the job description here.Profile- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics (or equivalent HES) and have at least one year of successful experience in management control.- Comfortable with numbers, you are proficient in Excel and familiar with SAP FI and CO modules as well as Business Intelligence tools.- Your analytical mind allows you to transform data into relevant information, with rigor and precision.- You distinguish yourself by your ability to communicate, your flexibility, and your ease in evolving in demanding environments.- Organized, you know how to manage priorities and deal with stress effectively.- Endowed with a strong sense of responsibility, you are committed to public service values and actively contribute to a team spirit based on mutual aid and cooperation.- Your ability to step back and maintain an overall vision allows you to provide real added value.Who are we?The Directorate General for Social Cohesion (DGCS) offers the inhabitants of the Canton of Vaud support and integration measures, accommodation solutions in medico-social institutions, as well as financial aid.
