We are recruiting a Financial Controller with a solid experience with cost structures within the industrial environment.

#### **Your Role** ####

* You assess cost structures and pricing workflows to enhance transparency and identify opportunities for strategic improvements.
* You refine and evolve cost calculation models and methodologies, aligning them with shifting market conditions and internal business needs.
* You provide valuable support to various departments by delivering in-depth cost and profitability analyses that inform key business decisions.
* You regularly track cost developments, investigate variances, and propose corrective or efficiency-boosting measures.
* You actively participate in the budgeting process and financial oversight, applying your expert knowledge.
* You contribute to offer calculations by supplying accurate data and insightful analysis.
* You create clear and impactful reports and presentations to support executive-level decision-making.

#### **Your Profile** ####

* You hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* You have a solid background in cost accounting and controlling, with a strong understanding of cost type, cost center, and cost unit accounting principles.
* You bring prior experience from a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* You possess sharp analytical thinking and a strategic mindset.
* You are self-driven, well-organized, and communicate effectively while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
* You have excellent command of German and English
