Our mastery of hyaluronic acid allows us to offer high-performance fillers and dermocosmetics in more than 90 countries around the world and to be the 3rd largest global player in hyaluronic acid-based fillers.In the context of our strong development, we are recruiting a:Finance Controller - Business Partner R&DMain activities:- Control all activities related to projects and support services for R&D (research, development, clinical, regulatory, ...).- Actively contribute to the budget process and monthly accounting closing (provisions, project monitoring, headcount monitoring...).- Provide support to the various departments in the budget monitoring of their activities.- Communicate with the Chief Scientific Officer for the management of the project pipeline.- Establish and monitor relevant financial indicators allowing the various cost center managers and project managers to manage their activities.- Develop the financial project monitoring process: business case, budget (total or by phase), project implementation (Go/No-Go), monitoring of actual expenses by project/department/activity, quarterly forecast updates, financial dashboards, KPI.- Be a major player in the continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools (e.g., P2P process: order commitment, receipt of orders, provisions, invoices).- Adapt the current method of project accounting to IFRS standards.- Be the financial point of contact in supporting the company's structuring projects.Profile:- Master's degree or equivalent in corporate finance, management control.- Minimum 5 years in a similar role, ideally in the medical device or pharmaceutical field.- Curiosity and interest in collaborating with scientific departments.- Perfect mastery of office tools, knowledge of Power BI is a plus.- Knowledge of IFRS standards is a plus.- Fluent French, English B2. jidf1b69e2aen jit0518aen jpiy26aen
