IMAD is a pioneering and reference institution for home care in the canton of Geneva. It provides care, support, prevention, and health promotion services 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, to people of all ages, 25% of whom are under 65.Management Controller / Finance Department / 100% / Permanent ContractWithin a team, the management controller's mission is to provide the financial management, the executive committee, and the general management with the necessary assistance to steer the institution's performance (quality, effectiveness, and efficiency). They are responsible for the processes ensuring that resources are used in accordance with performance criteria and in compliance with the institution's objectives.Missions and responsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the financial management:- Develop, implement, and monitor management control tools: budgets and financial forecasts, relevant dashboards, and regular reporting for management.- Collect, structure, and analyze necessary data; configure tools and organize flows to ensure the production of reliable steering documents.- Analyze variances between forecasts and actuals, ensure reporting to management, formulate recommendations, adjust forecasts, write summary reports, and propose corrective measures to optimize performance.- Conduct ad-hoc studies at the request of the financial management (profitability analyses, activity steering, etc.) and provide informed insights.- Support the entire budgetary process, consolidate data, and ensure monitoring on an ongoing basis.- Utilize data from analytical accounting and other internal sources to provide relevant analyses.- Contribute to the development of the management control function by proposing tools, methods, and processes.- Participate in working groups and institutional projects, providing analytical expertise and support.Profile- University degree or equivalent in finance, management control, or equivalent.- Professional experience of 2-3 years desired in the field of activity.- Mastery of office tools and ease with software for reporting, data analysis, and query creation; knowledge of PowerBI is an asset.- Autonomous, rigorous, and strong writing skills.- Sense of service.Additional informationClass: 21Start date: To be agreedWorkplace: Esplanade de Pont Rouge, Grand-LancyWhat we offerAt IMAD, we believe that your well-being is essential.
