## Job Description ##

**Job Description**

The Accountant will have responsibility for:

* Book keeping for differents companies of the group
* Booking and request of invoices payment
* Booking of cash transactions and reconciliations of bank balances
* Booking of L/C fees and bank charges in the in-house trading software
* Calculation and booking of intercompany interests
* Monthly intercompany reconciliations, proposing and arranging intercompany settlements
* Reconciliation with clearing-house accounts
* Review and follow-up of overdue invoices
* Analytical review of balance sheet and P&L accounts
* Monthly and year-end closing for various companies
* Financial statements preparation (IFRS, Swiss statutory accounts, management accounts)
* Preparing for and participating in annual audits





## The Successful Applicant ##

**Qualifications**

* 4 to 5 years post certification or degree
* A background in audit is required for this role.

* 3 years' experience in similar role in trading business, ideally commodity trading
* Excellent track record in accounting and IFRS standards
* Advanced knowledge of Excel
* Fluent in English
