## About Our Client ##

Our client is a well-established international organization expanding its presence in Geneva. To strengthen its financial operations, they are seeking a Finance Officer to oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance functions.

## Job Description ##

* Manage day-to-day accounting, including reconciliations, payments, and financial controls
* Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for management review
* Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and local regulatory requirements
* Support audits and liaise with external auditors and financial institutions
* Optimize financial reporting and contribute to strategic financial planning
* Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and financial risks
* Provide recommendations for improving financial processes and controls

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment
* Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial regulations
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
* Fluent in English; French is a plus
