Finance ManagerCerutti Toitures SA is a Geneva-based family business, active for over 100 years in the roofing trades and more recently in photovoltaics. This experience in construction translates into a complete service: study, design, driven by a constant requirement for quality and genuine artisanal know-how.Today, our approximately 120 employees work in all roofing trades: roofing, waterproofing, tinsmithing, as well as photovoltaics, serving private and public owners, architects, property management companies, and general contractors. Our rule: provide impeccable work, at a fair price, respecting the fine craftsmanship that has defined us for over a century.Within our Finance department, we are looking for a professional:Finance ManagerYour missions:- Supervise general and analytical accounting, as well as periodic and annual closings- Produce structured monthly reporting for Management and ensure budget monitoring- Ensure effective management of cash flow and banking relations- Supervise payroll management (approx. 120 employees, several collective agreements)- Guarantee tax and social compliance (VAT, AVS, SUVA, LPP, withholding tax)- Manage debtor monitoring and collection- Take an active part in the ongoing ERP change project, within the Finance scope- Manage and develop the skills of your teamYour profile:- Federal Diploma as a Finance and Accounting Specialist, Bachelor's degree from a University of Applied Sciences, or equivalent- 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an SME- Experience in the construction sector or a technical environment is an asset- Comfortable with digital tools and ERPs, an essential criterion for us- Experience in payroll management with multiple collective agreements appreciated- Autonomy, rigor, and a sense of organizationAs a family-owned, centennial company, we think long-term and offer:- A position of responsibility with real autonomy and direct reporting to the General Management- A stable family business, in a phase of modernization of its tools and processes- A flexible activity rate: 80% or 100%- A human-sized work environment, in Geneva jid3a10d7caen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
